Our Cattle:

At Big Oak Farm we raise hereford and angus cross cattle on our farm. Our cattle are pasture raised, then finished with a grain and hay diet. Because our cows are bred to deliver in the fall and spring, our beef is available all year long. We sell only naturally-raised beef from our farms with no added hormones, antibotics or steroids. To receive the best quality of low-fat beef, our cattle will be approximately 1000lbs when processed.
